Our second goal is to determine whether the legal system provides a solution for your problem. Often, it does not, or the cost of pursuing a solution through the legal system far exceeds the desired outcome. Once we determine whether the law provides a cost effective, meaningful solution to your problem, we develop a plan to meet the goal you are seeking. Often, a letter to the other party or parties involved is all that is needed. Sometimes a conference with the others involved is required. And, occasionally, a lawsuit is required and more rarely, a trial. Please keep in mind, a lawyer usually charges for his or her time and, the more time needed, the more it will cost to resolve your legal problem. Many times, depending on the type of problem, the first meeting with us resolves the problem. Other times we need to meet with you several times, conduct research into the facts and law that apply to your circumstances.
